MAG's recruitment policies ensure the poorest and most vulnerable people in communities are not only beneficiaries of clearance, but also have the opportunity to be gainfully employed by MAG in the process. 

Training local staff is an integral part to the way MAG works. MAG produces national demining professionals while ensuring courses are tailored to each program by taking into account the specific requirements of each country.
